If you have had difficulty achieving your goals then perhaps it is time to take a different direction in your life. Perhaps it is time to listen to those who have come before you and achieved their dreams.
It has been said that any man or woman can succeed if he goes forward in life in a “certain way.” Perhaps up until this point you have not known what that way was. Perhaps you have seen others less talented than you or less intelligent pass you by. They are not smarter than you or more talented, in most cases, it is simply that they have chosen to live their lives in a certain way. Isn’t it time that you learned their secret as well?
This success experiment is given to you freely. There will be some books that you should buy and their are some courses that we recommend. The choice is yours though, how far you choose to go now to achieve your goals and change your life.

Each day I will list a new assignment for you to do. Some of these tasks you will do immediately and others will be done over a thirty day period. Take your time with them and really understand the lesson that each provides.

Honesty is always the perfect starting point for any decent leader. You, as a leader, should lead people in the right direction. If you are an honest leader, those around you are going to see your good intentions and want to be a part of them. You being honest also encourages others to be honest, too.
Leaders must be definitely geared towards goals and the future. You must look ahead to see what’s coming and plan accordingly. You won’t always know all the specifics, but do your best. Keep asking yourself where you’re expecting to be in a year or so and then start planning to make it happen.
When you are in a leadership role, focus on the people and the work will take care of itself. Find out how to inspire and encourage those who are working for you. Instead of focusing on completing every small task, focus on energizing your team into performing better.
Don’t do anything dishonest or shady. In order to build trust as a leader, you must come through with your promises. When you claim the best services around, show the people that you mean what you say. Your employees must understand what it means to be the best.
Always focus your team on high goals and standards; however, avoid making them unattainable. All this will do is set your team up for failure. That is a sure way to show that you do not have the makings of a true leader.
Your employees will form opinions about you because of your decisions. These decisions such as the hiring and firing of employees, who you assign tasks to and how you hand out promotions all go into others forming an opinion about you. If you show favoritism, it will cause your employees to think less of you.
Set aside some time everyday to evaluate how everything is going. Ask some team members for their observations, also. Suggestions can be made, changes can be discussed, and friends can be made as well.
Listen to your employees. Subordinates have the ability to run with your broader ideas and take them in entirely new directions. After they get an understanding of your vision, let them tell you what they heard and how they think improvements can be made.
Find out how you can write in an effective way. There are other factors that make up leadership; it’s not just your vision and how you carry yourself. You must be able to articulate yourself. If your writing is full of grammar or spelling errors, people may not take you seriously. Keep this in mind and be careful on how and what you write.
