Things are best when there is alignment and overlap between your personal goals and your organization’s ideals. Work on your business and personal goals simultaneously. If this is not possible, you may lack enthusiasm for your work.
Any effective leader should have integrity. Always be honest and act in everyone’s best interest, especially when no one else is around. If you don’t have integrity, others will not trust you. If you have integrity, your employees with trust and respect you. What’s more, they will be loyal.
Build your team into a strong cohesive unit. Be available to team members to answer questions and offer advice. They should handle their daily tasks without being bothered by you too much.
